What is the Festival all about?
The 2023 Into The Woods Fest is Presented by Hops & Gather Foundation and Miesse Fest.

Into the Woods Fest will be an all-day community music festival like no other featuring: 11 live musical acts

Do I need a ticket?
This is a FREE community event for all ages!
While admission is free, we encourage all those 21+ that would like to enjoy adult beverages to pre-purchase a beverage wristband that will allow unlimited adult beverages at the event. The cost of the wristband is $35.00/person
We also have an option for attendees to purchase a wristband PLUS a limited edition ITWF hat at a reduced price. The cost of this package is $55.00/person
For those not wanting to purchase a wristband, single drink tickets can be purchased at the event for $10/drink
ITWF is a cashless event!
For those wishing to support this event by making an additional donation, donations can be made after purchasing wristbands – we thank you for your generous support!
How do I enter the event?
We ask that all attendees enter ITWF at the driveway off Clifton that leads to Jeffrey Park. Refer to map for details.
Can I come and go freely from the Festival grounds?
Yes – enter, exit and re-enter as often as you’d like.
What is the ITWF alcoholic beverage policy?
We ask that you do not bring your own alcoholic beverages to ITWF. In keeping with local laws, we will be selling beer/hard seltzer available for consumption for those 21 + with proper ID. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the boundaries of the ITWF area, no exceptions.
Will there be non alcoholic beverages available at ITWF?
Yes! Thanks to generous sponsorships, water and organic juice boxes will be available for free to all attendees. Soft drinks will be available for purchase at the various food trucks.
Where do I sit at ITWF?
ITWF is outdoors on the grass behind Jeffrey Mansion. Limited seating at picnic tables will be provided but for viewing both stages we strongly recommend a picnic blanket or chair. (BYOC: Bring Your Own Chair!)
Will food be available?
Yes! We have an expertly curated selection of 8 local food trucks that will be serving food for purchase throughout the event.
Can I bring a cooler to ITWF?
Coolers are not permitted. Food and beverages will be available from the vendors on the grounds.
Will there be restrooms?
Yes, there will be accessible porta potties available throughout the ITWF area. You can view the map for locations.
Where can I park?
We strongly suggest you walk to the event as parking will be limited to the streets around Jeffrey Mansion and we expect parking to be a challenge. Plus, who doesn’t like a beautiful stroll through the Bexley streets on a gorgeous fall day!?
Will there be handicap accessible parking?
Yes. Handicap reserved parking will be on Clifton Ave at the top of the driveway to Jeffrey Park. It will be denoted by special signs. From there, the path down the driveway to the event is smooth and accessible for all.
Are dogs allowed?
No. We love our furry friends as much as you do but Jeffrey Park has rules prohibiting dogs (even if leashed). Please leave your doggos at home!
Are children allowed?
100% yes! This is a family friendly event suitable for all ages!
Will there be Wi-Fi/cell service?
No Wi-Fi. Time to commune with nature and your neighbors and put the phones away! Cell service around the Mansion/Park is spotty so be prepared!
Will Jeffrey Mansion be open?
The Mansion will be closed and this event is entirely outside.
ITWF goes until 10 PM !? Won’t it be dark?
YES! Sunset is around 7 PM on October 7th. We suggest planning accordingly. We will have ambient lighting throughout the event to ensure folks are safe.
What kind of bands are playing?
A wide variety of genres, we think you will love all of our acts performing the day of. All are family friendly. Check out the website/schedule for more details
What is available for children?
We encourage all of our guests to bring their children – this is an all ages event. The playground will be open and there will be space to have fun, play tag, toss a ball and enjoy the beautiful fall day and gorgeous setting of Jeffrey Park.
